Property Management
We offer six options to landlords, depending on your requirements. Prices are per property
Option 1
£50
Introduction of a referenced and credit checked tenant only. No further work is performed by us.
Option 2
£75 plus £25 if further tenancy agreements are required after the term.
Including Option 1 but with the addition of initial tenancy agreement. No further work is performed by us, however, further tenancy agreements can be arranged at your request.
Option 3
£75 plus £25 if further tenancy agreement are required after the term.
You independently identifiy a potential tenancy but would like us to perform credit and reference checks and arrange an initial tenancy. No further work is performed by us, however, further tenancy agreements can be arranged at your request.
Option 4
£75 plus 8% of the monthly rent
Including Option 2 but with the addition of rent collection performed by us. Further tenancy agreements can be arranged at your request at no further expense.
Option 5 (partial management)
£75 plus 9.5% of the monthly rent
Inlcuding Option 4 but with the addition of minor repairs arranged (to the value of £150). Also to include annual gas and electricity checks with issue of certificates, check-ins and check-outs.
Option 6 (full management)
£75 plus 11%of the monthly rent
Including Option 5 but with the addition of four inspection visits per year, inventory lists made of the property, arranging repairs in excess of £150 with your permission and to deal with all calls and queries from tenants.
